Communications Specialist Purpose: Provide dedicated internal and external communications support focusing on leadership communication, employee engagement, business updates, change communication, employee recognition, and employer branding. Primary Scope: Develop and execute an integrated internal and external communication strategy for Medium Engines. Leadership communications, town halls, and cascades Change management and strategic business updates Employee recognition, culture, policy, and process communications Employer branding and thought leadership through appropriate social media channels Role: This role requires independent communication strategy, planning, and execution. It partners directly with the Vice President, Directors, and HR Leaders on executive communications and business messaging. It coordinates across multiple stakeholders, locations, and functions while influencing outcomes without direct reporting authority. Expected Business Impact Improved communication quality and consistency Stronger employee understanding of business priorities, engagement, and connection to organizational goals through clearer leadership messaging. Enhanced employer brand visibility through targeted external communication and social media storytelling.
