Shift and Schedule
This position will be working first shift, 5:30 A.M.- 4:00 P.M. , 4—10 hour shifts Monday thru Thursday. Job Requirements
Interpreting blueprints, diagrams, engineering diagrams, and other design documents to develop prototype models, creating toolpaths from models, and operating machining equipment. Performing various tasks like deburring, cleaning, sanding, setting up, operating the machining equipment, and troubleshooting the operation and flow issues. Following the standard operating procedures, meeting the specified quality and productivity standards, and documenting time and production quantity records. Conducting quality checks to ensure they meet quality standards, identifying defects, and completing appropriate documentation.

Qualifications: • Due to ITAR restrictions, US Citizenship or US Lawful Permanent Residency is required for this position • Use independent judgement and basic problem-solving skills to accomplish tasks • Follow both written and verbal instructions, with a high attention to detail • Flexibility to work overtime to meet company demands • Ability to work in a team environment • High School Diploma or GED • Relevant work experience Physical Demands: • Ability to lift 40 lbs. • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time Competencies
