Know Your Customer: NA Markets Analyst

Support client onboarding and maintenance by completing Know Your Customer reviews, documentation analysis, and record controls.

Build confidence and trust by helping ensure our client records meet regulatory and internal requirements. You will play a key role in renewals, remediation, and account maintenance by analyzing documentation, applying policy standards, and progressing items to approval. Working with partners across Legal, Compliance, Internal Controls, Technology, and Client Services, you will help deliver timely outcomes in a controlled, high-quality environment. Your attention to detail and ownership will help strengthen client experience and risk management.
