PCL Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager with an electrical execution focus to lead field operations on large, complex industrial projects across our active portfolio, including mission critical / data center facilities, power generation and energy transition projects, mining and mineral processing, semiconductor and advanced manufacturing, renewable energy, utility infrastructure, and water/wastewater treatment. The successful candidate will be accountable for the safe, on-schedule, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of electrical scopes (high- and medium-voltage substations, medium- and low-voltage distribution, switchgear, UPS and emergency power systems, generators, protective relaying, grounding, motor control centers, instrumentation and controls, PLC/SCADA systems, variable frequency drives, and electrical completion / commissioning / turnover packages), while integrating seamlessly with civil, structural, mechanical, I&C, and commissioning teams. Champion and role-model PCL's HSE culture on industrial sites with elevated hazard profiles (energized systems, arc-flash exposure, high-voltage terminations and testing, confined space, working at height, heavy lifts). Participate in the district safety committee and influence corporate safety policy, JHA/JSA quality, lockout/tagout discipline, and incident learnings. Provide field leadership for one very large or several concurrent industrial projects. Accountable for safety, budget, quality, schedule, productivity, and profitability performance across all self-perform and subcontracted electrical scopes, serving as the senior decision-maker for technical, operational, contractual, and commercial matters. Direct execution of high- and medium-voltage substations, distribution systems, switchgear, UPS and emergency power, generators, protective relaying, grounding, motor control centers, instrumentation and controls, PLC/SCADA systems, variable frequency drives, cable and raceway, terminations and testing, and electrical completion / walk-down / punch-list / turnover to commissioning.
