As a Machine Operator at Zebra, you will be a key part of our manufacturing team, ensuring our production lines run efficiently to create the products our customers rely on. You will operate and maintain state-of-the-art machinery, directly contributing to our reputation for quality and excellence. Operate and maintain assigned machines and production equipment, adhering to all quality and safety standards. Perform full setup and operation of rewind machines to convert materials into finished rolls of specified footage or diameter. Execute work orders accurately, including all product labeling requirements. Conduct quality tests according to ISO procedures to ensure products meet our high standards. Troubleshoot and make basic adjustments to machinery using hand tools to maintain productivity. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify and suggest process improvements. Train other team members as directed to build a knowledgeable and effective team.

Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate basic information clearly.

1+ year of experience operating finishing or label converting equipment (e.g., die-cutting, laminating, slitting). Experience with quality control procedures and documentation. Responsabilidades Operar y dar mantenimiento a las máquinas y equipos de producción asignados, cumpliendo con todos los estándares de calidad y seguridad. Realizar la configuración completa y la operación de máquinas de rebobinado para convertir materiales en rollos terminados con el metraje o diámetro especificado. Ejecutar las órdenes de trabajo con precisión, incluyendo todos los requisitos de etiquetado del producto. Realizar pruebas de calidad según los procedimientos ISO para asegurar que los productos cumplan con nuestros altos estándares. Resolver problemas y realizar ajustes básicos en la maquinaria utilizando herramientas manuales para mantener la productividad. Colaborar con los miembros del equipo y supervisores para identificar y sugerir mejoras en los procesos. Capacitar a otros miembros del equipo según las indicaciones para construir un equipo informado y eficaz. Requisitos indispensables: Educación secundaria o
