Manager, Charging - EV Charging Deployment and Field Services

Ford is seeking a Manager, EV Charging Deployment and Field Services to lead deployment, service, maintenance, and warranty operations for Ford charging. This role oversees field service tickets and warranty claims, manages vendor performance, coordinates preventative maintenance across roughly 800 DC chargers, and leads depot charging deployment projects from lead entry through installation—supporting both Level 2 AC and Level 3 DC fast charging infrastructure.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in operations, field service, or vendor management, plus a strong customer-first mindset. Preferred experience includes EV charging or energy services background and familiarity with tools like SAP Ariba, Salesforce, or Power BI.
