At Hilton Warsaw City Hotel, we're looking for a commercially minded and detail-oriented professional to join our Group, Convention & Events team. In this role, you will manage enquiries for group accommodation, meetings, conferences and events, turning opportunities into confirmed business and exceptional guest experiences. From the initial enquiry through proposal preparation, negotiation and event planning, you will guide clients through every stage of the process while ensuring a seamless handover to operational teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
