SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) Senior Consultant

Job Description & Summary PwC is a leading global practice in Tax, Assurance and Advisory, offering a wide range of professional services to major clients worldwide, and therefore opportunities for newcomers to our organization.    What you will be doing   · delivery of advisory and implementation projects in the area of global trade compliance and SAP GTS configuration · translating legislative changes in customs regulations, sanctions/export control lists, embargoes, and international trade into SAP GTS configuration requirements · substantive and technical support in the integration of SAP GTS with clients' ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4HANA – SD, MM, FI modules) · preparation of fit-gap analyses, functional specifications, and business blueprints for SAP GTS solutions · leading workshops with client stakeholders on trade compliance topics, SAP GTS configuration, and process optimization · optimization/design of end-to-end trade compliance processes during ERP/GTS implementations and upgrades · support in system/integration testing (UT/SIT/UAT) and post-go-live (hypercare) stabilization · preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and marketing materials related to trade compliance and SAP GTS · participation in client meetings and managing client relationships What we need from you   · you understand international trade, supply chain, and accounting processes, including cross-border and inventory movements · you have hands-on experience with SAP GTS – for SC: min. 2–4 years; for M: min. 5+ years including leading at least one full-lifecycle implementation · you have working knowledge of SAP integration with SAP GTS (SD, MM modules) · you are fully independent and able to manage your own workstream · you have a very good command of English, · you have experience working on projects and can independently propose, seek, and adapt solutions to project challenges · you can prioritize tasks related to multiple projects · you are not afraid of challenges and are open to new tasks, including preparing presentations and leading client workshops · you have experience working with other structured tax/customs reporting tools (nice to have) · SAP GTS certification and prior consulting experience are strong advantages #LI-BS1 #LI-Hybrid
