Job Description Position Overview We are hiring for the position of Specialist - Airport Design Coordinator shall for multiple upcoming projects across Ahmedabad , Mangalore , Trivandrum . The Specialist - Airport Design Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the design aspects of airport infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with AAI standards and international best practices. This role requires expertise in airport planning and design, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to integrate multidisciplinary inputs to deliver efficient, functional, and sustainable airport facilities. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage the design process for airport infrastructure projects, including terminals, runways, taxiways, aprons, and utility buildings. • Ensure that all design deliverables comply with AAI standards, ICAO guidelines, and other relevant regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, planners, and consultants to integrate multidisciplinary inputs into cohesive design solutions. • Conduct technical reviews of design drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and compliance. • Facilitate design workshops and meetings with stakeholders, including AAI officials, contractors, and consultants, to address design-related concerns and ensure alignment with project objectives. • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that design implementation aligns with approved plans and specifications. • Identify and resolve design conflicts or issues during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets. • Prepare and present design progress
