Leveraging data to guide the creation and optimization of sales and marketing programs to drive business objectives. Developing an understanding of how to use the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and other marketing technology to create audience segments and deliver a customer-focused experience across digital channels. Analyzing key performance indicators to improve the performance of sales and marketing programs. Experimenting to find the best approach, looking for innovative solutions, and challenging the status quo.
