Job Summary
Job Summary As a Principal Product Manager within Cloud Delivered Security Services (CDSS), you will champion product excellence for our Advanced URL Filtering (AURL) and Web Protection solutions. You will lead the creation, definition, and go-to-market execution of new subscription offerings, strategically leveraging inline machine learning and AI-driven threat detection. By influencing the entire product lifecycle and utilizing data-driven market metrics, you will ensure our CDSS offerings deliver unprecedented value and remain at the pinnacle of the cybersecurity market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end creation of new Advanced URL and Web Protection subscription offerings. Define packaging, pricing models, and feature tiers to maximize customer value and grow ARR. Perform comprehensive, data-driven analysis of customer deployments and evolving web security use cases. Define a clear product strategy aligned with market needs and technological advancements in web security. Leverage AI and ML capabilities to justify and build premium, highly differentiated web protection subscription tiers. Foster collaborative relationships with engineering, product marketing, and sales teams to drive adoption. Develop robust business cases for new subscriptions and present them to executive leadership. Actively engage with customers through executive briefings and requirements gathering to understand evolving needs.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in highly technical roles in product management, development, or enterprise services. Deep understanding of Secure Web Gateway (SWG), URL Filtering, DNS Security, DLP, and advanced threat prevention. Proven track record of defining, packaging, and launching subscription-based products or SaaS services. Solid knowledge of cloud-delivered security architectures, SASE, network security, and zero-trust principles. Familiarity with how AI and ML are applied to cybersecurity and threat detection. Demonstrable history of successful product launches that met or exceeded revenue targets.
Preferred Qualifications
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience from large organizations or innovative cybersecurity startups. Familiarity with usage-based or utility-based provisioning and pricing models.
Compensation
