Responsibilities
Implementation & Solution Design Lead and/or participate in end-to-end Oracle EBS implementations (greenfield / rollout / upgrade). Perform business requirement gathering, gap-fit analysis, and solution design. Developed and led the technical tracks such as: BIP, OTBI OIC PLSQL Oracle Forms/Reports Ensure alignment with industry best practices and client requirements. Technical Expertise & Development Prepare technical design documents (MD70), installation guides, and test results. Testing & Deployment Participate in CRP, SIT, and UAT cycles. Support data migration, validation, and cutover activities. Post Go-Live & Support Provide hypercare and post-production support. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Work closely with business stakeholders for continuous improvements. Stakeholder Engagement Interact with business users, IT teams, and leadership stakeholders. Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions. Deliver presentations and communicate solutions effectively. Mandatory skill sets At least one Oracle Technical Certification Oracle Fusion certifications will be preferred Preferred skill sets Demonstrated innovative and critical thinking in managing projects. In-depth understanding of technical Oracle processes Ability to work independently in client-facing roles Years of experience required 8 – 15 years of experience in the Oracle SCM domain. Minimum 4–8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS. At least 1–2 full lifecycle implementations in Oracle ERP. Exposure to Oracle Fusion will be a strong advantage. Experience in both implementation and support projects preferred Education Qualification B.Sc. or equivalent degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant field from a well-reputed institution. Postgraduate qualification (MBA / PGDM in SCM/Operations) is an added advantage.
