About this role
As an Inventory Control Analyst you will responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing inventory levels to ensure efficient supply chain operations while balancing demand fulfillment and inventory investment. You will provide end-to-end visibility and control over inventory health, including at-risk, recoverable, and excess materials. You will lead critical reporting processes such as Recoverable Assets and SSPL (At-Risk Inventory), being the local subject matter expert. It uses tools and systems (BI platforms, Oracle, Inventory at Risk tools) to track performance, ensure data accuracy, and support informed decision-making. You will report to Supply Chain Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, and optimize inventory levels to ensure material availability while minimizing excess inventory and inventory carrying costs. Lead the governance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Recoverable Assets reporting, ensuring data accuracy and execution of recovery strategies. Lead the SSPL (At-Risk Inventory) process, serving as the local Subject Matter Expert (SME) and providing guidance to partners on inventory risk identification, reporting, and mitigation actions. Improve disposition strategies for excess, obsolete, and non-moving inventory, maximizing material recovery and minimizing financial exposure. Coordinate material recycling, disposal, and inventory liquidation activities in compliance with company policies and environmental regulations. Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics using BI platforms, Oracle, and other inventory management tools to provide applicable business insights. Ensure compliance with inventory policies, procedures, internal controls, and goals, driving accountability across the organization. Partner with Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Quality teams to align inventory strategies with goals and operational requirements. Perform root cause analysis on inventory variances, inventory aging, and supply-demand imbalances, implementing corrective and preventive actions. You will lead continuous improvement projects focused on inventory accuracy, process efficiency, cost reduction, and working capital optimization. Support forecasting, inventory planning, and risk assessment activities by providing analytical insights to leadership. Promote inventory data integrity through regular audits, validation processes, and system reconciliations to ensure reliable reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in Inventory Control, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing. Advanced English proficiency. Advanced Microsoft Excel experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). Experience developing dashboards, Goal tracking, and performance reports. Knowledge of inventory management processes and supply chain operations.
