Responsible for administering the Learning Management System (LMS), driving L&D digitalization through Microsoft technologies and AI solutions, managing compliance training. Planning, executing and delivering learning programs and activities. Ensure efficient, data-driven, and audit-ready learning operations while fostering a strong learning culture aligned with business objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. LMS Administration & Learning Compliance Administer and maintain the Workday Learning Management System (LMS), including course publishing, learner administration, troubleshooting, and system optimization. Manage end-to-end compliance training deployment by assigning, monitoring, and reporting mandatory learning completion in accordance with corporate requirements and audit standards. Maintain accurate learning records, documentation, and system workflows to ensure compliance, audit readiness, and business continuity. Monitor LMS performance and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. 2. Learning Content & Digitalization Design and develop engaging e-learning courses, digital learning assets, and assessment solutions using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices. Continuously improve digital learning content to enhance learning effectiveness, consistency, accessibility, and learner experience. Design, develop, and maintain digital learning solutions and business applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint) and other Microsoft technologies. Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide learning insights, monitor KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making. Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other AI technologies to streamline content development, automate workflows, improve reporting, and enhance L&D operations. Create multimedia and visual communication materials for learning programs and organizational initiatives. 3. Learning Operations & Program Delivery Deliver Orientation, compliance, technical, and soft skills training programs as an internal trainer when required. Coordinate training plans and calendars based on business priorities and Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Partner with HR, functional leaders, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to plan, organize, and deliver effective learning solutions. Evaluate learning effectiveness through training feedback, learning data, and business outcomes, and continuously improve learning programs. Support team initiatives that promote employee engagement and foster a strong learning culture across the organization. Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.

At least 2-4 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning evaluation. Experience administering enterprise Learning Management Systems (Workday Learning preferred). Experience developing e-learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Camtasia, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent. Hands-on experience with
