You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, HSE, Commercial, and Finance to deliver operational objectives while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction. Fueling Your Passion As a Manufacturing Manager - Operations Management , you will leverage your operational leadership expertise, manufacturing experience, and business acumen to drive plant performance and continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead manufacturing operations, develop talent, optimize resources, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements while fostering a culture of operational excellence. As a Manufacturing Manager - Operations Management, you will be responsible for: Leading all aspects of plant operations to achieve performance targets related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. Developing and executing annual operating plans aligned with business objectives and long-term strategic goals. Promoting a safety-first culture while ensuring compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Process Safety Management (PSM), and regulatory requirements. Ensuring effective implementation of risk assessments, audits, emergency preparedness activities, and corrective actions. Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, Lean Manufacturing principles, and sustainable performance improvements. Managing daily manufacturing activities, including production scheduling, inventory management, capacity planning, and resource utilization. Coordinating maintenance, reliability, and capital improvement programs to maximize equipment performance and operational uptime. Leading, coaching, and developing supervisors, planners, warehouse personnel, laboratory personnel, and manufacturing operators. Establishing clear performance expectations, accountability measures, and workforce development plans. Supporting succession planning, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives. Ensuring compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, and applicable regulatory requirements. Leading investigations, root cause analysis activities, and corrective action plans related to quality, safety, or operational issues. Partnering with commercial, sourcing, and supply chain teams to ensure customer commitments and business objectives are achieved. Managing plant budgets, financial performance, and key operational metrics to drive profitability and cost optimization. Developing and executing capital investment projects that improve safety, reliability, capacity, and operational efficiency. Driving working capital optimization, productivity improvements, and cost reduction opportunities across the facility. Monitoring operational performance metrics and implementing action plans to achieve continuous improvement objectives. Ensuring compliance with company policies, quality requirements, and applicable environmental regulations. To be successful in this role, you will: Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution. Have a minimum of 7 years of manufacturing, chemical, petrochemical, blending, process operations, or related industry experience.
