As a Technician Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring our production processes run safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You'll be trusted to make a real impact from day one, working alongside experienced colleagues who are passionate about operational excellence and continuous improvement. What to expect: This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working as a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in delivering consistently high standards. The role is Days Based: Monday – Friday with a focus on hygiene rotating across all lines and support to daily running requirements. You will: Champion safe working practices and support a positive safety culture. Carry out key cleaning routines on a daily basis in line with hygiene standards. Follow cleaning schedules, work instructions, and safe operating procedures. Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and responsibly. Work as part of a team to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workplace. Maintain high housekeeping standards in line with site expectations. Support line running activities to include: quality checks, card filling and general line support. Accurately complete operational and quality documentation. Support line changeovers, start-ups and shutdown procedures. Work collaboratively with Engineering, Quality and Production teams to minimise downtime and improve performance. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and actively contribute ideas. Skills & Essentials: We're looking for someone who is motivated, proactive and keen to develop within a world-class manufacturing environment. To be successful, you'll ideally bring: Strong awareness of health, safety and quality standards. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to follow instructions and procedures. Able to undertake the physical aspects of the role, including manual cleaning, working in restricted-access areas, bending, kneeling, reaching and manual handling activities, in line with safe working practices. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as alone. Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or processing environment. A practical and methodical approach to problem-solving. Confidence working in a fast-moving operational environment. Basic mechanical aptitude or technical awareness would be advantageous. Experience using cleaning equipment and
