Manage the development and implementation process of internal engineering products and services involving cross-functional design teams. Drive and direct engineering teams in strategic and tactical aspects which includes defining IP product roadmap in collaboration with R&D and Marketing Identify needed resources to achieve timely deliverables; identifies and escalates issues Drive problem resolution through fact-based judgment Manage risk and change from conception to delivery Define, promotes, implements and improves team and cross-functional engineering processes and practices Take part in pre/post-sales support with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IP Program Management teams The Impact You Will Have Manage one or multiple MSIP projects from concept to customer delivery. You are involved with the development of Mixed Signal PHY IP at all stages of the product life cycle. Manage the development and implementation process of internal engineering products and services involving cross-functional design teams. Degree in Engineering or Applied Science (or equivalent). 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing and/or project management role. Familiarity with Project Management and Planning tasks. Familiarity with UNIX operating systems, Jira, MS Project and MS Excel. Good written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational skills.
