Responsibilities: - Creator, Community & Industry Ecosystem Development: Develop strategies to grow the Collectibles creator and influencer ecosystem, including creator segmentation, sourcing, engagement, and partnership models. Work with creator agencies, talent partners, and external stakeholders to shape content direction, activation strategies, and scalable collaboration models. Own workstreams for key industry and community activations, including trade shows, seller events, creator programs, and major collectibles moments. Identify ecosystem gaps and growth opportunities across creators, sellers, agencies, and industry partners. - Strategic Partnerships & Category Marketing: Evaluate and develop strategic partnership opportunities with leading brands, sellers, creators, agencies, and industry partners. Develop integrated category marketing strategies across creators, social, LIVE, events, and major product or cultural moments. Build partner proposals, activation plans, and recommendations that align marketing opportunities with category growth objectives Work cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives from concept through execution. - Campaign Strategy & Execution: Own key workstreams across end-to-end category campaigns, including strategy, partner participation, content planning, execution, and performance evaluation. Translate category and consumer insights into campaign concepts and activation recommendations. Evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve engagement, conversion, and business impact. - Data Analysis & Strategic Insights: Analyze category, creator, campaign, partner, and competitive performance to identify growth opportunities and support business decisions. Conduct market and competitive analyses to inform category strategy and partnership priorities. Develop executive-ready reports and presentations that translate data into key insights, recommendations, and next steps.
