Summary This position is for a Senior Engineer Leader for the Took Hook Up (THU) Cost role in Infra Innovation Ops. This team is focused on streamlining processes, controlling budgets, facilitating contracts, and compliance for the Tool Hook Up process as it relates to S2 (Austin) and T1 (Taylor). The leader will direct this cross-functional team to work together in facilitating processes and resolving issues related to Tool Hook Up Cost. Role and Responsibilities Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For: Demonstrate effective collaboration with Facility Services on both sites to improve team metrics Data collection, analysis, and collaborative improvements of Tool Hook Up Cost metrics including Invoicing TAT, On time Payment, System Utilization and others. Participate and Manage TFTs activities to improve THU processes Collaborate with FS Engineering, manufacturing, Sister Fabs, support groups, and executives to ensure compliance to external and internal specifications and guidance. Lead the deployment of medium to large-scale projects that are cross-functional in nature and have visibility to company executives Analyze and make recommendations to help improve cost control focusing on major and minor indices for each sub-department’s processes and programs Communicate the results of analysis, drive improvements and share with peers, managers, and executives. Study opportunities and drive implementation for CIP Work. Project management, Daily/Weekly/Monthly metric reporting, and status updates Enforce rules & systems based operation to all employees while ensuring SAS procedures are continuously evolving and current The position will require an extensive amount of time working directly with and supporting the FS team functions. Expectation is to have proficiency in project management, reporting, data visualization, and data-mining. . Hire, train, supervise, and performance manage direct employees Perform employee quarterly reviews of direct employees Skills and Qualifications Here's what you'll need: B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and other related Engineering Major. Self-motivated and strong at motivating others. Budget Control Background is a positive. Good communication skills with internal and external customers. Excellent organizational skills, ability to assess situations and set priorities. Strong problem solving ability. Strong critical thinking skills; Ability to recognize third and fourth order effects of a catalyst event. Experience with SQL or data scraping a plus. Skilled in MS Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Flexible, Adaptable and team oriented. Focused on continuous improvement in fast-paced, changing environment High level of initiative and desire for continuous improvement Familiar with Customer Relations, SCM, and PMP concepts Successful candidates will be detailed and task oriented and place high value on customer service, team work and flexibility. Ability to meet due dates for action items Must be punctual and flexible working onsite out of both facilities as needed. The current base salary range for this role is between $90,000 - $151,500. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position
