Sanitation Supervisor

INFORMATION: The pay range provided is not indicative of Sysco’s actual pay range but is merely algorithmic and provided for generalized comparison.  Factors that may be used to determine rate of pay include specific skills, work location, work experience and other individualized factors Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sanitation Supervisor to lead and oversee sanitation processes across multiple shifts. This role is responsible for ensuring that all cleaning and sanitation tasks are performed effectively, maintaining a safe and hygienic facility that meets company standards.

Supervise, coach and coordinate sanitation employees across three shifts. Monitor and evaluate sanitation practices, processes, and methods to ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices. Oversee the sanitation of value-added departments to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards. Perform general warehouse cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and removing debris. Ensure property cleanliness by addressing sanitation issues and maintaining outdoor areas. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Master Sanitation Schedules (MSS).

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

Minimum of one year experience in food plant sanitation management required. Proven experience in leading and managing a team of sanitation workers. Professional Skills: Strong understanding of general building sanitation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications. Ability to work independently and effectively manage tasks under time constraints.
