Retail Bank Marketing Technology sits at the core of Capital One’s Bank business where complex, enterprise data infrastructure powers how we bring the iconic Capital One brand to life. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to own the automation strategy for our processes and controls.     You will directly lead a high-performing, product-minded data analysts, owning the vision and execution of how we instill an automation-first mindset in how we launch marketing campaigns for Capital One. Your mission is to transform our processes into an AI-first engine that enables us to ship marketing at a rapid pace. You will drive the evolution of our campaign deployment workflows by engineering automated launch protocols and sophisticated risk-mitigation frameworks. In this role, you will guide the operational team responsible for architecting and scaling marketing campaign protections, instilling a visionary automation-centric philosophy across all initiatives.
