In the role of Brand Homes Events Coordinator working in Creemore, Ontario, you will be part of the Creemore Springs Brand Homes team. You will represent the company at events such as public festivals, private parties, and corporate gatherings, while coordinating all aspects of event implementation – from initial agreement to post-event reporting and follow-up. You’ll combine creativity and strong organizational skills to design memorable experiences and execute them seamlessly.
This position reports to the Brand Homes Operations Manager and works closely with the Marketing team and other cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with brand vision, annual goals, and exceptional customer experiences – both on-site and off-site.
What You'll Be Brewing
• Schedule and organize brewery events based on the annual Brand Homes plan and product launches, building and executing partnerships, signature, and community events to bring the brand to life.
• Manage and monitor each event from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution.
• Oversee operations management including procurement, logistics, maintenance, and budget control.
• Collaborate with external agencies across creative, media, PR, and experiential disciplines.
• Participate in annual brand and event planning and contribute innovative ideas for partnerships.
• Manage Brand Homes event assets and ensure both cleanliness and attractive layout of promotional materials.
• Provide training support (sales, tastings, product information) and feedback to the Brand Homes Operations Manager.
Key Ingredients
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field OR equivalent experience (minimum 4+ years) in event coordination, partnerships, or sponsorships.
• You love a challenge and can manage complexity and ambiguity with strong problem-solving skills.
• You have at least 2 years experience in event management.
• You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.
• You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.
