Meaningful Work From Day One: The Bar Associate at Woodford Reserve Distillery delivers exceptional hospitality by creating welcoming, engaging, and memorable experiences for guests of the Woodford Reserve Cocktail Bar. This role serves as a brand ambassador, sharing the Woodford Reserve story through expertly crafted cocktails, guided tastings, and interactive mixology experiences across multiple bar locations on-site. What You Can Expect ● Deliver exceptional hospitality and responsible alcohol service while creating memorable, brand-driven guest experiences in a fun and welcoming environment. ● Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the Woodford Reserve brand story, product portfolio, and cocktail offerings to engage and educate guests. ● Lead and support cocktail experiences, guided tastings, and brand interactions that showcase Woodford Reserve products and heritage. ● Assist in the development, implementation, and execution of seasonal cocktails, limited-time offerings, and promotional beverage programs. ● Prepare cocktails, ingredients, garnishes, and other beverage components according to established recipes and quality standards. ● Follow all alcohol handling, food safety, sanitation, labeling, dating, and product rotation requirements to ensure quality and compliance. ● Support daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, stocking, inventory management, and receiving deliveries. ● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar environment while upholding Brown-Forman responsibility and operational standards. ● Assist with VIP experiences, special events, and group programs while ensuring seamless service execution. ● Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering a premium guest experience that supports the overall Woodford Reserve Distillery operation. What You Bring to the Table: ● High school diploma or GED required. ● Must be at least 21 years of age. ● Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. ● Basic computer proficiency and problem-solving abilities. ● Ability to professionally resolve guest concerns and challenging situations. ● Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events. ● Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift or move materials as needed. ● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. ● Creative, adaptable, and able to respond effectively to guest and operational needs. ● Professional, personable, and hospitality-focused demeanor. ● Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift or carry materials while working in a fast-paced environment.
