About this role

Overview

We’re shaping a Frontier Marketing organization that learns faster, activates smarter, and drives measurable impact. Our approach blends human creativity with AI-powered insights to fuel bold, culturally inspired creative strategies at scale. We prioritize outcomes over outputs, embrace rapid learning loops, and operate in agile flight formations that unite disciplines across Commercial Brand, Creative, and Customer Marketing. The Senior Campaign Portfolio Manager is responsible for driving the campaign portfolio strategy, investment governance, prioritization, and campaign planning rhythms across the Creative & Production organization. This role serves as the integration layer connecting campaign strategy, creative development, production, operations, agency management, budgeting, measurement, and leadership decision-making. The Senior Campaign Portfolio Manager helps transform the organization from managing individual projects and requests to managing a portfolio of strategic campaign investments. By creating visibility across initiatives, establishing governance frameworks, optimizing resource allocation, and driving portfolio prioritization, this role ensures the organization is investing in the highest-impact opportunities aligned to business objectives. This directly supports the broader vision of evolving from a function-led organization to a portfolio-led operating model focused on business outcomes, investment stewardship, and organizational effectiveness.  At Microsoft, our mission to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more guides how we partner with customers to deliver trusted, impactful solutions. With a growth‑mindset culture, we innovate responsibly and measure success by shared progress, people, teams, and customers. Join us to do meaningful work that changes the world and helps shape what’s next for everyone.
