The role requires a good understanding of P&L accounts, bookkeeping, journal entries

• The Record to Report team helps clients and organizations improve operational efficiency and balance sheet integrity, reduce time to close and safeguard compliance with regulatory requirements.

• The areas where this team s expertise lie include preparing and posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, supporting month end closing, preparing reports and supporting audits, performing variance analysis and providing comments for month over month movement in Trial Balance, performing reporting activities, handling intercompany related activities, Fixed Asset and Lease related activities. What are we looking for? • Skill required: Record To Report Account Reconciliation • Qualifications: BCom, MCom, ICWA & CA Completed Inter, Manufacturing or Audit Co. Experience • The role may also need expertise around intercompany reconciliations, cutoff policies, transfer pricing policies, formal confirmation policy and procedure, dispute resolution policy and procedure and general procedures. • • Reporting Activities • Intercompany Reconciliation • Oracle Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role, you are required to analyze and solve lower complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • You may have limited exposure with clients and or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instructions on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • You will need to be well versed with basic Accounting and terms involved in day to day business and use them while discussing with stakeholders • You will be expected to constantly be on the lookout for ways to enhance value for your respective stakeholders and clients • The decisions you make impact your work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as part of a team with a focused scope of work • Please note this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
