We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.  Skills and Competencies 7–10 years of Human Resources and Marketing Sourcing and Category Management experience in large global corporations Proven track record of leading complex sourcing initiatives and commercial negotiations across multiple spend categories Deep knowledge of the Benefits supplier landscape and commercial models across areas such as medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, wellness, retirement-related services, voluntary benefits, benefits administration, and employee assistance programs Strong stakeholder and supplier relationship management skills with a track record of navigating executive-level relationships Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies can be applied to analyze trends, forecast demand, model costs from diverse data sources, improve processes, drive efficiency, and deliver strategic insights Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and judgment, with the ability to work across regions, manage multiple priorities, and deliver against deadlines Education Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college or university Responsibilities This highly visible role serves as Global Category Manager, leading strategic sourcing and supplier optimization across Human Resources and Marketing enterprise-wide. Lead end-to-end sourcing for key supplier agreements across HR and Marketing categories, including managing strategic sourcing events such as RFPs, RFIs, and targeted negotiations Develop and manage category strategies across HR-related and Marketing spend areas, including benefits, talent acquisition, advertising, media, digital marketing, and public relations Analyze spend, supplier markets, business requirements, and external market trends to identify strategic savings opportunities and value-delivery targets Lead proactive category planning and renewal pipeline management in collaboration with senior business stakeholders Collaborate with third-party benchmark providers to validate pricing proposals and negotiate competitive purchase agreements Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Technology to align sourcing strategy with enterprise priorities Build influential relationships with senior business leaders to drive executive-level commercial decisions and support stakeholder alignment Leverage analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve sourcing efficiency, enhance decision-making, and deliver measurable business outcomes About the Team Our Procurement & Sourcing Group team is responsible for driving strategic sourcing initiatives and delivering cost optimization across Moody's global operations.
