Your role As a Senior Network Architecture Expert, you will serve as the technical lead driving the design, evolution, and operational excellence of complex enterprise network architectures and AI compute infrastructures. In this role, you will lead high-impact initiatives across SD-WAN, Campus Networks, High-Density WLAN, Security, and AI Data Center Networks (DCN). Serving as the ultimate escalation point for complex network issues, you will define enterprise network standards and spearhead NetDevOps and AI-driven network transformations. This role is based in Beijing or Shenyang and requires a willingness to travel for business.

Lead the design and evolution of complex SD-WAN, Enterprise Campus Networks, High-Density WLAN, and Network Security architectures, serving as the highest technical escalation point for critical incidents.  Establish enterprise network standards, guidelines, and SOPs while providing code reviews, technical enablement, and hands-on guidance for junior and mid-level engineers.  Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) implementation and leverage LLMs(Large Language Models) to architect and develop network automation platforms, intelligent traffic steering systems, and network self-healing infrastructure.  Lead the planning, deployment, and performance tuning of AI Data Center Networks (DCN) using lossless Ethernet (RoCEv2), InfiniBand, or NVLink(NVIDIA Link) architectures for AI compute centers.  Your future at Kyndryl At Kyndryl, you will lead the strategic evolution of mission-critical network environments at the intersection of enterprise infrastructure, NetDevOps, and high-performance AI computing. Who you are You are a strategic technical leader with global architectural vision, exceptional cross-departmental communication skills, and the resilience to guarantee business network stability under high-pressure conditions. You possess an expert mindset, combining deep domain mastery with a passion for driving NetDevOps innovations and mentoring junior engineers. Required skills and experience Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Communications, Network Engineering, or related fields, with extensive experience in large-scale network architecture planning and O&M.  Technical capabilities equivalent to CCIE / HCIE certification in network engineering practice and architecture design.  Proven expertise and large-scale implementation track record in 1–2 key domains: Data Center Networks (DCN), WAN/SD-WAN, Enterprise Campus Networks, High-Density WLAN, or Network Security.  Proficient in English reading and writing for technical documentation and collaboration.  Preferred skills and experience Deep understanding of distributed communication mechanisms for AI model training/inference, with hands-on experience in deploying, tuning, or operating InfiniBand, NVLink, or large-scale RoCEv2 lossless networks.  Proficient in using leading AI LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSeek, Qwen, MiniMax) to enhance network efficiency, backed by strong programming skills (Python, Ansible, etc.) to lead NetDevOps toolchain creation.  Fluent spoken
