Job Description
The Manager, Risk & Control Shared Services Operations provides centralized governance, oversight, coordination, and advisory support across enterprise risk, control, and operational governance activities. The role partners with Risk Advisory, BISOs, GRC, and business and technology stakeholders to drive consistent execution of risk programs, regulatory support, and transformation initiatives. Key Accountabilities Lead and coordinate Risk & Control Event Identification Framework (RCEIF) activities, including event assessments, accountability reviews, and remediation tracking. Perform Post Incident Review (PIR) analysis to identify root causes, thematic risks, control gaps, and lessons learned, and challenge remediation actions. Manage technology exception intake, risk review, governance approvals, tracking, reporting, and escalation. Coordinate Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) reviews and support the identification, mitigation, and oversight of privacy risks. Develop and maintain Risk Advisory and Shared Services operating models, RACI frameworks, procedures, and governance documentation. Support organizational change by assessing governance impacts, updating ownership models, and enabling stakeholder adoption. Coordinate regulatory examinations, audits, exam readiness, and Requests for Information (RFIs) in partnership with domain teams. Provide governance oversight for Internal Loss Event Data (ILED) activities, including intake, validation, escalation, analysis, and reporting. Manage Risk Hub intake, triage requests, coordinate stakeholders, and monitor service delivery and governance metrics. Advance centralized Copilot, automation, and knowledge-management solutions that improve governance consistency and efficiency. Lead or contribute to transformation initiatives focused on process simplification, governance modernization, and operating-model maturity.
