Your key responsibilities

Work with the RTR team to work on finance transformation on optimizing and bringing technical solutions in the financial accounting and reporting processes; Analyze existing excel-based reporting workflows and identify optimization and automation opportunities; Design and implement standardized reporting templates and models; Develop automation using Excel Power BI and Python; Work with finance stakeholders in our RTR team to understand accounting logic, validations, and reporting requirements and work on automation opportunities Support transition from manual to semi-/fully-automated reporting processes and ensure stability (wherever feasible)

Skillset Requirement

Hands-on experience with VBA for Excel automation Working knowledge of Python for reporting/automation use cases Working knowledge in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, automation-friendly design) Basic understanding of financial reporting Ability to translate finance requirements into technical solutions

Some experience in finance transformation or reporting optimization initiatives Exposure to automation or process improvement projects

Junior level resource with some practical exposure into automation-driven reporting

Education Qualification: Graduate / M.Com / MBA
