This role serves as an operational liaison between marketing, public relations, venue operations, talent teams, external agencies, media partners, and influencers to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and activations. Essential Job Responsibilities Public Relations Operations Support the execution of public relations strategies that enhance awareness and reputation of Wynn Nightlife brands, venues, and special events. Coordinate media requests, interviews, venue tours, and press visits. Maintain media contact databases and assist with media outreach efforts. Draft and distribute press materials, media alerts, event recaps, and internal communications. Track media placements and compile coverage reports highlighting key performance metrics and earned media value. Assist in managing relationships with PR agencies, publishers, journalists, and content creators. Influencer Program Management Coordinate influencer partnerships from initial outreach through post-campaign reporting. Assist with influencer identification, vetting, contracting, scheduling, and onboarding processes. Manage influencer guest lists, reservations, transportation arrangements, credentialing, and venue logistics. Ensure influencers receive elevated experiences aligned with Wynn Resorts and Wynn Nightlife brand standards. Track content delivery requirements, campaign deadlines, and contractual obligations. Monitor social media content to ensure brand compliance and campaign execution. Marketing Campaign Support Support execution of general marketing campaigns and artist/DJ-driven campaigns across Wynn Nightlife venues. Assist with campaign timelines, asset coordination, and cross-functional alignment across creative, social, and paid media teams. Provide on-the-ground support for campaign launches and key promotional moments. Event & Activation Support Support the planning and execution of influencer events, media events, venue openings, artist performances, and promotional activations. Lead coordination and execution of industry-focused events and activations, including trade and tastemaker gatherings and guest milestone programs such as birthdays. Serve as an on-site operational lead for influencer and media experiences during designated events. Coordinate with venue management, nightlife operations, security, transportation, VIP services, and entertainment teams to execute events seamlessly. Prepare event run-of-shows, briefing documents, guest itineraries, and hospitality arrangements. Assist with credential management, guest check-in processes, and VIP arrival coordination. Reporting & Analytics Track influencer marketing campaign performance, engagement metrics, media impressions, and audience growth. Prepare weekly, monthly, and post-event performance reports. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social media platforms. Assist leadership with ROI analysis and recommendations for future campaigns and partnerships.
