IT&Data Product Analyst - Total Rewards

As Product Analyst for Total Rewards, you are the technical and operational guarantor of campaign delivery. You secure end-to-end campaign readiness and execution by coordinating configuration activities, performing or validating selected system and data administration interventions, overseeing testing and release preparation, and ensuring that risks, dependencies and issues are actively managed. You also coordinate consultants and Chapter members, animate Agile delivery rituals and maintain the backlog management tool as the reliable source of delivery status. You work closely with the Product Owner and Senior Product Analyst to turn prioritized and technically ready stories into controlled campaign delivery. Depending on your experience and demonstrated capability, you may take increasing ownership of selected configuration and data administration activities within agreed technical guardrails. You ensure that campaign tasks, owners, timelines, blockers, testing evidence and documentation are actively managed, and you escalate higher-risk changes or arbitration needs when required.

Delivery Coordination and Rewards Campaign Execution - Coordinate the operational delivery of Rewards initiatives, enhancements and campaign-related activities - Manage day-to-day follow-up of configuration work performed by consultants and Chapter members - Monitor workload, timeline, progress, risks, blockers, dependencies and quality of deliverables - Ensure that campaign preparation, configuration, testing, release and post-go-live activities are properly followed up - Escalate risks, delays or arbitration needs to the Senior Product Analyst or Product Owner when required Agile Rituals and Backlog Tool Management - Own the preparation, animation and follow-up of the team Daily - Maintain the backlog management tool, ensuring that stories, tasks, owners, statuses, priorities, dependencies and blockers are up to date - Ensure that the Kanban board or backlog management tool is used as the team’s single source of truth for delivery follow-up - Facilitate operational Agile rituals such as Daily meetings, delivery follow-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews and preparation sessions - Produce delivery visibility through progress updates, dashboards, action lists and risk trackers Configuration Follow-up and Consultant Coordination - Coordinate the pool of external consultants and Chapter members involved in SAP SuccessFactors configuration activities - Track configuration progress and confirm alignment with validated requirements and technical guidance provided by the Senior Product Analyst - Review and validate selected system configurations against approved requirements and technical guidance, and perform limited hands-on technical interventions in SAP SuccessFactors when required, within the agreed scope and under the guidance of the Senior Product Analyst - Support issue tracking, defect resolution and root-cause analysis by gathering facts, evidence and context - Ensure configuration outputs are documented and ready for testing, release and future maintenance Testing, Documentation and Release Support - Prepare, coordinate and execute functional test scenarios where relevant - Support User Acceptance Testing by ensuring clear test scope, test evidence, defect follow-up and stakeholder communication - Maintain requirements traceability, test evidence, release notes and operational documentation - Contribute to demos and delivery sessions for new features, enhancements and campaign readiness Operational Communication - Ensure smooth operational communication between consultants, Chapter members, the Product Owner, the Senior Product Analyst and HR stakeholders - Prepare and present progress reports, delivery dashboards and operational follow-up materials - Help maintain a structured and transparent delivery cadence across the Rewards product team About You We expect you to have: Minimum 2 to 3 years of
