Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Join us as a Release Manager and become the driving force behind smooth and successful production deployments. You will coordinate releases ranging from large-scale transformations and infrastructure changes to everyday enhancements and fixes, working alongside technical and business teams across the organization. This role offers a unique blend of technical involvement, project coordination, and stakeholder collaboration. You will oversee release activities end-to-end, manage risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure every deployment reaches production safely and efficiently. Your main tasks: Technically manages the deployment of the solution across our landscapes (utilizing CHARM, BitBucket, Jenkins, Azure DevOps like tools), Bundles individual changes into the relevant releases (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, emergency), Communicates release management relevant deadlines to delivery teams, Manages operational communication related to ongoing release: Communicate plans, timelines, requirements to SAFe Product Teams and stakeholders, Provides input for the business communication related to ongoing release, Manages the cooperation with internal and external technical teams, Prepares analysis related to release management specific KPIs, Pro-actively identifying blockers and impediments in Release Management Area, Work on process improvements, including LEAN Initiatives and basic scripting (using no-code tools such as UI Path), Cooperation of the external partners (service providers, audits), Explore and implement AI agents and automation opportunities within Release Management, SDLC, and DevOps processes.
What You Need to Succeed
2 years of Release Management, SDLC, Change Management, or IT Delivery experience, Fluent English (written and spoken), candidate is used to communicating in English, as well to working with variety of different nationalities, Hands on experience with AI tools, Knowledge and practical experience in Agile and/or SCRUM approach, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and make informed decisions, Readiness to support in case of an emergencies after standard working hours and during the weekends.
