Job Description • Works under minimal supervision. • Performs system-wide/cross-functional team management. • Provides direction for projects. • Plans and manages implementation and integration of new technologies. • Project size is of high complexity. • Viewed as a subject matter expert within the organization. • Acts as a mentor to less senior IT staff. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline. Master's degree is advantageous but not essential. Professional certifications are desirable, such as: Oracle Database Certification Microsoft SQL Server Certification PMP (Project Management Professional) PMIS-related certifications Typically 12+ years of experience in database administration, PMIS implementation, or project controls systems. Proven experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, rail, transportation, construction, or engineering projects.
