Director, Global Tax Operations

Meta is seeking an experienced candidate for a unique leadership opportunity . This position will report to the VP of Global Tax Strategy and Operations and will work with other team members to lead the Company’s initiatives to scale the tax function through the use of advanced technologies (Artificial Intelligence) and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a breadth of experience in leadership of people, tax concepts, and driving process and technology initiatives at a multinational corporation, and have the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a unique blend of tax expertise, technological fluency, and exceptional leadership skills. You will operate independently in Meta's fast-paced, dynamic environment, driving cross-functional initiatives that shape the future of our tax organization.
