Data Analytics Co-Op

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Assist in designing test systems, data architecture, and data analytics from control processes. Develop and implement automated routines for data collection, pre-processing, and integrity checks in preparation for analysis Collaborate with research and data science teams to perform exploratory data analytics, identifying trends and data features Contribute to planning & road mapping new features and functionality Support multi-disciplinary agile teams in developing and improving AI models Create reports and metrics to drive more efficient initiatives Document and present progress/results to stakeholders and other teams Assist with other project activities as assigned Who You Are: You are eager to learn and ask thoughtful questions to understand how data flows through the business. For This Role, You Will Need: Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related engineering or science field SQL and Python skills and experience Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher Junior or Senior Standing C#, C++, Java or other object-oriented programming skills Experience in data collection, pre-processing, and relational database models Possess strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Familiarity with data visualization, management, and storage tools Our Culture & Commitment to You: At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
