Reporting to the Brand and Communications Team Lead, this role will help shape and execute the firm’s social media presence across key platforms, creating clear, engaging content that strengthens the brand and supports strategic priorities. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller and content marketer who can turn complex business topics into compelling social-first content for professional audiences. You should be comfortable managing day-to-day content, supporting campaigns, working with stakeholders across teams, and spotting opportunities to raise PwC Singapore’s visibility through relevant, high-quality digital content. Roles and responsibilities Develop and manage PwC Singapore’s social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and X, including using AI tools to support content ideation, repurposing and workflow efficiency. Own the social media content pipeline and editorial calendar, ensuring content is timely , coordinated and aligned to firm priorities, campaigns and platform best practices. Write clear, accurate and engaging social copy aligned to PwC’s brand voice and audience needs. Synthesise complex business and technical topics into concise, compelling social-first content. Partner with internal stakeholders to identify content opportunities and shape them into effective social formats. Develop digital assets for social media, including videos, visual cards, GIFs, infographics, carousels and other creative formats. Support the scripting and development of video and visual content for campaigns and always-on storytelling. Plan and optimise paid social campaigns to support amplification, targeting and campaign objectives . Drive follower growth across corporate social channels through content and channel strategies that expand reach and engagement. Monitor social trends, competitor activity, platform updates and audience behaviour , and recommend ideas to keep content relevant and effective. Collaborate with events, web, creative , campaign, media engagement, and employer branding teams , as well as with business stakeholders to promote initiatives effectively on social media. Manage content development and approvals across stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, consistency and strong attention to detail. Track and report on content and campaign performance, using insights to improve future content and channel strategy. Advise stakeholders on
