Roles & responsibilities

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Team Lead / Operations Lead with strong expertise in HD Mapping and LiDAR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HD map annotation, team management, client engagement, delivery governance, quality management, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HD Mapping and LiDAR projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Lead and mentor teams, monitor productivity, and drive performance targets. Handle client communication, requirement gathering, status reporting, and escalations. Oversee capacity planning, resource utilization, workload distribution, and delivery tracking. Drive quality audits, RCA, corrective actions, and continuous process improvements. Prepare and present operational MIS, KPI dashboards, productivity, and quality reports. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve risks and delivery challenges.
