The information below reflects the standard job description for this position:  Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems. Basic Qualifications 
 • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint. • US citizenship required. Must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Desired Skills 
 • Demonstrated experience in driving complex issues or problems to successful closure. • Experience with LM Program Management Principles and Performance Excellence policies and procedures. • Desire to enhance Program Management skills including communication, the ability to deal with unforeseen challenges, building strong relationships, and be a change agent for managing our projects better. • Familiarity with Fleet the Ballistic Missile program, or other Missile/Weapon System programs. • Familiarity with the Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) customer organization. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with the customer. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
