Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. 主要职能包括以下内容，但不限于此 ： 1) 制定并维护质量计划、检验标准及培训资料等质量体系文件 2) 协调跨部门团队，推动 内部和市场 问题 快速 解决 3) 跟踪并分析质量数据， 识别风险和改进机会，推动持续改善 4) 规划并实施 CAV Core 及相关质量控制实践，确保装配过程符合标准 5) 创建并维护 QG\PDI 检验清单，保障检验有效性 6) 改进检查与测试方法，优化测量工具和设备，提升检测准确性与效率 7) 推进质量数据数字化和可视化建设 8) 维护并持续优化质量管理系统（如 AQE 、 DQE 等） 9) 评估 ECN 、 PCN 、 Deviation 等变更事项的质量风险，制定风险控制措施 10) 探索、设计并推动新型数字化质量管理工具及系统开发 岗位要求   1) 具备撰写 RCCA 报告的能力 2) 大专及以上学历，机械、电子、材料或相关专业 3) 三年以上制造相关工作经验，熟悉制造业流程 4) 熟悉质量工具（ APQP 、 PPAP 、 FMEA 、 SPC 、 MSA 、 CP ） 5) 熟悉 ISO 9001 质量管理体系 6) 良好的问题分析与解决能力，具备跨部门沟通协调能力 7) 英语读写能力良好 8 ） 为人正直，强烈的责任心和团队精神   Posting Dates: 九月 7, 2026 - 九月 11, 2026 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  Qualified applicants of any age are encouraged to apply Not ready to apply?
