About the Team
The Global Payroll Payments team sits at the intersection of Payroll, Finance, Banking, Technology, and Operations. We are responsible for ensuring that payroll payments move securely, accurately, and reliably from payroll processing through banking networks to employees across multiple countries. Our work spans payment operations, banking relationships, financial controls, compliance, payment infrastructure, automation, and continuous improvement. Because payroll is a critical employee experience, the team's work requires a strong combination of operational discipline, financial ownership, technology awareness, and customer obsession.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field. Experience leading finance, payments, banking operations, payroll, controllership, or related financial operations teams. Experience managing and developing people. Experience working with banking partners, payment service providers, financial institutions, or payment technology teams. Experience managing operational controls, audits, reconciliations, risk, or compliance mechanisms. Experience using data and metrics to identify operational issues and drive process improvements. Experience working across multiple teams, geographies, or business functions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with payroll payments, payment operations, treasury, banking infrastructure, or financial technology. Experience managing payment infrastructure or banking setup for new countries, entities, or business launches. Knowledge of ISO 20022, payment file formats, APIs, banking connectivity, or payment modernization. Experience driving automation, digital
