Our plants are home to high performance teams who are creating quality High Pressure Turbine Nozzles, Low Pressure Turbine Nozzles and Shrouds for use in commercial and military aircraft engines.

Roles and Responsibilities Working with product design to obtain new process approvals Managing supplier timelines to support critical hardware need dates Teaming with manufacturing to ensure robust capable machining operations Data collection and analytics around dimensional data and associated process capability Part/program ownership including metrics tied to the program (cost, FTY, scrap, etc.) Tool procurement and tool design / build oversight Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of manufacturing experience) Desired Characteristics Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn​ Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively​ Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed ​ Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative​ Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinker This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
