Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities Working with product design to obtain new process approvals Managing supplier timelines to support critical hardware need dates Teaming with manufacturing to ensure robust capable machining operations Data collection and analytics around dimensional data and associated process capability Part/program ownership including metrics tied to the program (cost, FTY, scrap, etc.) Tool procurement and tool design / build oversight Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of manufacturing experience) Desired Characteristics Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinker This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
