YOUR INTERNSHIP ROLE

As an Intern Payment Operations, you will be part of the Digital Consumer Operations Team, a group that plays a key role within adidas by providing a seamless and reliable shopping experience for our consumers across all channels. The team works closely with Global Payments, Digital Analytics, Product Teams, Finance, Consumer Service, and eCommerce Technology teams and is involved in payment performance monitoring, operational support, issue management, customer experience improvements, and peak trading event preparations, contributing directly to adidas’ overall success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO & LEARN

Assisting with monitoring payment performance and checkout conversion metrics across our eCommerce platforms. Supporting the preparation of reports, analyses, and operational updates for internal stakeholders. Helping maintain or improve payment monitoring processes and operational documentation. Gain hands-on exposure to digital payments, eCommerce operations, and customer experience management. Develop skills such as analytical thinking, stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and project coordination. Build confidence working in an international team. Support the team in identifying trends, investigating payment-related issues, and preparing for key commercial events such as Black Friday.

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH

Enrolled as a fulltime student for th e entire duration of the internship. Studying Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Management, Digital Business, Finance, or a related field. Available for the full internship period 01/02/2027 - 31/07/2027. Comfortable working in English, both speaking and writing. Motivated to learn, curious, and open to feedback. Interest in eCommerce, digital payments, customer experience, data analysis, and technology-driven business operations. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI is a plus). Passion for sport and/or an active lifestyle.
