Job Description: This role is central to building the structural capability and technical skills required to sustain our organization's AI transformation success. As an AI Training Program Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing, establishing, and scaling an enterprise-wide learning ecosystem that bridges the gap between raw AI capabilities and practical workforce execution. By translating complex technical methodologies into digestible, tiered instructional pathways, you will systematically dismantle skills-based barriers to AI adoption. Key Responsibilities
Training Architecture and Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and governance of a scalable, enterprise-wide AI technical and functional learning curriculum in partnership with stakeholders from HR and business units. Persona-Based Learning Tracks: Collaborate with teams to build and maintain progressive employee experience journey maps by analyzing targeted personas, mapping role-specific workflows, and establishing progressive learning pathways (Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced tiers). Content Co-Design and Curation: Partner with AI engineers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and instructional designers to build high-quality, technically accurate training assets, self-paced learning modules, and hands-on laboratory exercises. Multi-Channel Instruction Delivery: Oversee a diverse deployment ecosystem of learning, including instructor-led technical deep-dives, virtual self-paced platforms, interactive bootcamps, and enablement sessions. Continuous Feedback Integration: Establish rapid feedback loops with training participants and business unit managers to continuously refine educational content based on real-world workflow friction and shifting product roadmaps. The successful candidate must demonstrate the following: Communication and Facilitation: Exceptional presentation, articulation, and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated skill to break down advanced topics into clear, structured, and logical training modules. Reporting and Dashboards: Define, collect, and interpret training program effectiveness. Capable of building and/or consuming dashboards that track learner engagement, skills acquisition, and progression.
