We are excited to bring on a Payroll Operations Processor II to support the Retirement Plan Services business in a work from home environment. Background Details As an RPS Payroll Operations Processor II, you will be responsible for updating and processing routine and non-routine retirement plan payroll files to ensure payroll reporting is accurate at the plan sponsor level. You will work independently, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, balancing work across multiple plan sponsors as well as other duties in a deadline driven, detailed-oriented environment. You will support and promote change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives. You will make routine & non-routine decisions, applying limited but increasingly more discretion within role. You will resolve retirement plan payroll files not in good order by contacting the appropriate internal/external stakeholder and obtain information necessary to resolve the issue. You will monitor incoming work queues and mailboxes and ensure items are completed in a timely manner. You will escalate issues/concerns to management. What we’re looking for
Must-have Experience (Required)
High School Diploma or GED or minimum associate degree in lieu of required experience. 2-3 years’ experience in a processing or similar experience that aligns directly to the duties and responsibilities of the role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with others in a fast-paced, team environment. Ability to maneuver through multiple systems/databases/platforms/software. Proven ability to be adaptable/flexible as business needs change. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Nice-to have Experience (Preferred)
Retirement plan operations experience. Data entry experience in a fast-paced, team environment. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge Ability to evaluate information and the implications of a course of action or solution. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail. Solid relationship management skills with internal and/or external clients (e.g. management, peers, colleagues, customers, etc.) Application Deadline

The pay range for this position is $22.59 - $30.12 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is
