Scope, design, test, and deploy new features and components that leverage AI to automate and enhance trust and safety operations, enabling teams to scale their user protection impact efficiently. Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring a high-quality user experience. Work across the stack from building AI models, to performing experiments, improving quality, building infrastructure and tools, etc. Collaborate cross-functionally to solve ambiguous, testing, and impactful problems at the intersection of technology, automation, user protection, and AI. Participate in code reviews, receive and give constructive feedback to peers.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience with designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems. 3 years of experience architecting distributed systems, infrastructure or agentic systems. Experience building and deploying agentic AI systems. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field. 3 years of experience with abuse detection. 3 years of experience with AI algorithms. Experience with Generative AI. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply on complex issues.
