Job Description
The Opportunity: As the Product Library Administrator, you can expect to work in a product library warehouse environment. You will be tasked with unpacking boxes of archival products, staging them for on-site or off-site storage, along with the location and retrieval of said products. Lift experience required for moving and retrieving pallets and bins of product. You can expect to make regular deliveries and/or product retrievals from the main El Segundo campus. You will work closely with the Associate Archivist and other contractors on assorted short and/or long-term projects. A background in filing work, warehouse and/or fulfillment is ideal. What Your Impact Will Be: Process high volume of product. This includes staging, cataloging, photographing and sending products to offsite/onsite storage as determined by Supervisor. Product Library Administrator will work independently to meet or exceed daily production expectations. Must have the ability to work independently and troubleshoot project, cataloging, and staging issues as they arise. Basic computer skills required include but are not limited to data entry and research work as needed. Careful handling of product at all times is required. Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of work experience relevant to archive field and or warehouse fulfillment. Lift experience. Valid driver’s license. Computer proficiency; knowledge of MS Office Excellent organizational and communication skills Well organized and detail oriented Must be able to work well independently in a fast-paced environment Ability to perform well under pressure and multi-task Good communication skills Excellent attendance Works well with others in team situations *The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
