The Cybersecurity solutions are offering a huge opportunity for growth and completing the HPE Networking portfolio. Being the first to market comes with a lot of market development work, which is why we are increasing our focus and resources for Cybersecurity including this additional role of a dedicated Manager Cybersecurity Presales for the DACH Region building and managing a team of Presales Architects across DACH. The team works in close cooperation with the sales teams as well as the partner ecosystem. As the Manager Cybersecurity Presales , you would Own the presales contribution to the business results and KPIs in the region Partner with sales helping to drive sales strategy, account planning as well as proactively assess the sales pipelines in areas of control Monitor and manage resource assignment and utilization, leveraging the ecosystem of local and remote resources, focusing the right people on the right activities to meet the business goals in the most effective way Collaborate across organizational boundaries to represent a constructive "voice-from-the-field" presence in business decision-making and product design Coach, assess and manage employee performance to ensure individual and group excellence aligned with the HPE cultural principles Actively lead and support the team to build up the necessary skills and evolve their sales approach as HPE transforms its business and portfolio Employ a financial and as-a-Service selling approach to meet customer needs and build business cases that link proposals to customer's goals Lead by example – Represent the HPE Strategy and act as an evangelist for the new Cybersecurity Portfolio internally and externally Build and maintain cybersecurity expertise across the DACH presales organization through coaching, technical enablement, certifications, reusable architectures, and field mentoring Ensure consistent security messaging and architectural positioning across networking, SASE, SSE, data-center security, identity, and cloud-security opportunities Provide leadership and escalation support for strategic customer opportunities, competitive situations, technically complex proofs of concept, and cybersecurity-related customer concerns Build up and maintain an active relationship with decision-makers and thought leaders in the management of our ecosystem partners and customers Build and maintain a motivated high-performance team being recognized internally and externally as thought leaders and evangelists for the
