Operations Planner

Responsible for understanding customer demand and the fulfillment centers operational capacity in order to develop an operational labor plan with the lowest cost to serve. Lead and conduct day to day headcount planning. Analyze large sets of data to determine the most efficient utilization of manpower and equipment for hub and spoke sheds to meet customer demand. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
