What you'll do

Docusign is seeking a Cyber Threat Intelligence Engineer to join our Threat Intelligence team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain infrastructure, tools, and capabilities that enables the Threat Intelligence team to perform threat intelligence analysis and dissemination. You will create tools, automations, dashboards, data pipelines, and integrations that enable fast, scalable, and centralized access to threat intelligence data. The ideal candidate will have strong engineering skills and past experience in security operations. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager of the Threat Intelligence team.

Responsibility

Architect, construct, and maintain robust infrastructure for collecting, processing, storing, and analyzing cyber threat intelligence data Implement engineering best practices to maximize data quality and operational visibility for threat analysis Develop and deploy scalable automation workflows to streamline threat intelligence operations Collaborate with analysts to translate operational requirements into high-performing, reliable technical solutions Produce technical documentation, interactive dashboards, and key metrics to measure system performance and business impact Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring Basic 3+ years of proven experience in cyber threat intelligence engineering, incident response, security automation, or data engineering Hands-on experience leveraging Generative AI for security operations, including prompt definition, model benchmarking, and integrating scalable AI solutions into intelligence workflows Demonstrated ability to configure, deploy, and maintain threat intelligence platforms (TIPs) and integrate structured threat data into enterprise security tools Proficiency in creating and managing interactive Python notebooks (e.g., Jupyter, Marimo), configuring data connections, building reusable workflows, and documenting analytical processes Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Preferred Experience designing and operating cloud-based data platforms, automation services, and infrastructure-as-code in AWS, Azure, or GCP Proficiency with Git-based development practices, including branching, pull requests, code review, CI/CD, and automated testing Experience integrating threat intelligence platforms with enterprise security tools, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, and case-management systems Knowledge of threat intelligence standards and data technologies, including STIX/TAXII, MITRE ATT&CK, Python, SQL, APIs, and relational, graph, or search databases Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey
