We're looking for an experienced Senior Engineer - Structural Site Supervision to join our organization in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will oversee structural engineering activities on-site, ensuring all construction work meets design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. You will serve as a technical authority on structural matters, providing leadership to site teams and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety throughout project execution. Supervise and coordinate all structural construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with approved designs and engineering specifications Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to verify structural integrity and adherence to building codes and safety standards Analyze structural challenges and provide technical solutions to resolve construction issues efficiently and effectively Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, inspection reports, and progress records for all structural work Lead and mentor site engineering teams, providing clear direction and technical guidance on structural construction methodologies Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and timely problem resolution Monitor material quality and testing procedures to confirm all structural components meet specified standards Conduct safety audits and implement corrective measures to maintain a secure work environment Review and approve structural drawings, shop drawings, and construction sequences before implementation Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to senior management and project stakeholders Qualifications Minimum 15+ years of professional experience in structural engineering and site supervision Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering Strong expertise in structural analysis, design principles, and construction methodologies Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to construction projects Proven experience managing large-scale structural construction projects from inception to completion Proficiency with structural analysis software and project management tools Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary teams Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred:
